We have two fascinating experts this month, sharing two topics back to back-
Samuel Li, financial advisor, will be talking about Financial Wellness. He will be giving advice on how to my savvy with your money and plan for your future.
Samuel Li is a financial professional that helps his clients to grow their money, reduce their debts, and protect their net worth. Since he started his advisory practice in 2005, he has helped hundreds of families in planning for their financial future. By fulfilling the different licensing requirements, Samuel is capable of providing proper advice on investments, mortgage, and life insurance planning. In this “New Year, New You” workshop, Samuel will show you “5 Steps To Achieve Financial Wellness.”
Dianna Guglietti will be talking about Spiritual Wellness. Dianna is a Reiki Master, Certified Hypnotist, Relaxation Therapist, Life Between Lifetimes and Past Life Exploration Practitioner. She has been practicing Reiki for over 5 years in Toronto. She combines hypnosis techniques and relaxing earthy sounds in her treatments to assist in the healing process.
Dianna can help you achieve Spiritual Wellness by helping you to release negative blocks, enhance self-confidence and transform negative energy.
Also, Andrea Rossi, bioenergetic practitioner and essential oils expert, will briefly show us how essential oils can help with these areas of wellness.
Andrea is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Registered BioEnergetics Practitioner, and the founder of Holistic Harmony Health & Wellness. One of the tools she uses in her practice are Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils for they work on a cellular level to help support and heal.

Melissa Johari, Counsellor, and Jyothy Nair, Midwife, will be talking about Sexual Wellness. They will offer guidance and facilitate discussion around sexual health- body, mind and soul.
Melissa is a Registered Social Worker who has been in the field of social work for over 12 years. She started her own counselling business, The Couple Wellness Expert, in 2012. She specializes in couples, and strives to help couples to maintain or regain closeness in their relationship.
Jyothy Nair is a Registered Midwife, and has had the pleasure of serving several communities in Ontario over the last four years. During her practice, Jyothy has strived to provide education and support for women and their families regarding sexual wellness before and after birth, and its impact on mental health.
She specializes in Woman’s Health, and will help you to work towards sexual wellness in the “New Year, New You” workshop by providing valuable suggestions on sexuality, healing, and self care, resulting in a happier, healthier you.

Monique is a certified and trained Professional Organizer, completing work in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton areas for the past three years. She specializes in: De-Cluttering; Office Re-organization; Home Improvement; and Downsizing. Monique will help you to achieve Environmental Wellness in the “New Year, New You” workshop by providing valuable tips on how to organize your home and office, resulting in a happier, healthier you.
Kristi holds a certificate from the BTB Feng Shui™ Masters Training Program, begun by Professor Thomas Lin Yun, a spiritual leader of contemporary Black Sect Tantric Buddhism. Master Lin Yun, one of the most renowned Chinese philosophers of our time, was a major force behind the introduction and growth of Feng Shui in North America and Europe. Prior to establishing FSC, Kristi, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, practiced as a CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers and J.P. Morgan Chase, and built a web site design firm. Today, she uses this diverse experience to bring the art of Feng Shui into her clients’ businesses to create opportunities for harmony and prosperity.

Mississauga transit is at the doorstep. It is only a five minute walk from the Long Branch Loop and the Go Station. From Kipling Station, it is one bus. There is also plenty of visitor’s parking in front.

“New Year: New You!” A dynamic 2016 workshop to help you successfully achieve your New Year’s resolutions throughout the year!
Ever set New Year’s resolutions that you just don’t keep? Make 2016 your best year yet, with a monthly workshop designed to help you succeed with achieving your personal goals throughout the year!
Using my Relational Wellness Wheel, you set the goals in each area of wellness that you want to achieve for the year. The areas of wellness include Physical, Emotional, Social, Vocational, Sexual, Environmental, Financial and Spiritual.
Every month, we meet for a booster workshop session where you have the opportunity to work with professionals in the various areas of wellness. This offers accountability to each other and support for you to achieve your ambitions. Each month we will have a guest speaker on the area of wellness that is featured that month.
The first meeting will be the second Sunday in January. This will be an open group that will take place on the afternoon of the first Sunday of each month from February to June and continue from September to November.

In January, we will be creating our goals for the eight areas of wellness- Physical, Emotional, Social, Vocational, Sexual, Environmental, Financial and Spiritual. In the subsequent months, we will have dynamic speakers on each area of wellness, and then small groups where you can get further support on your personal goals.
